Luminescence Chamber Singers Field Trip to Wellington Caves

One of the best parts about touring regional NSW is the stunning sights we get to stop at along the way. Luminescence Chamber Singers witnessed this first hand when we arranged a field trip to Wellington Caves during some downtime on their tour to the Central West and Orana regions.

After 2 fabulous performances in the area, at Wellington Arts Western Gallery Wednesday and Maranatha House Thursday, it was time to take in the sights and we couldn’t have expected how incredible the caves would be, not only visually, but also aurally, once Luminescence arrived. The caves staff were so accomodating and Luminescence even got to test out the acoustics of the caves along the way. Check out what they got up to in the caves above. If you find yourself in the Central West, the Wellington Caves are well worth the stop over.

Off to the Kandos Museum Friday, which is always such a magical place, before heading to SingOut Central West on Sunday for a FREE vocal workshop with Luminescence! How lucky are we?!

Luminescence Chamber Singers (Veronica, Alasdair, Gabriel, AJ, Rachel and Dan) pose inside the Wellington Caves.
